My Background
My work within the field of mental health has developed over the course of the last 7 years, during which time I completed an MA in Existential Psychotherapy at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling. In my practice, I have been fortunate to have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds and who presented with an extensive range of issues.
Two areas that have become specialities for me, largely due to psychotherapy settings I have worked in as well as some of my more targetted training, are those of disability and counselling young poeple. Previous to my work in counselling I spent a considerable amount of time in training, management and coaching; all of which has fed into the style and theory of my counselling.
